We believe in providing a hand-up, knowing that sometimes the littlest things can make the biggest difference.
The Friends provide limited support to Roxbury Social Services clients beyond what is allowed by the Public Assistance Trust on a case by case basis. The Director of Roxbury Social Services screens and selects each recipient of Friends funds. The Friends also provide financial support via the gift & gas card program and the Food Pantry.
